Plant sizes

The majority of our plants will be despatched in 9cms pots, these are typically young but established plants ready to grow on in your garden,

Some plants are available as plugs, loose roots or bulbs. The type of plant you will receive will be clearly stated on each individual listing.

Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 of placing your order (no orders are despatched Friday-Sunday to avoid them sitting in a warehouse).We use a variety of couriers and delivery is generally withing 48hrs of despatch.

On receipt of your plants please unpackage immediately and water well.

Can I return a Plant?

We aim to get your plants to you in good order. We have worked hard to find a suitable packing and a reliable delivery provider. However we would ask that you check your herbs carefully when they arrive and let us know of any problems as soon as possible within 48 hours so that we can make any issue as pain free as possible, we will also require a photo so that we can assess the problem.

We expect plants to be cared for correctly and cannot be responsible for lack of suitable care once planted.

Once an order has been placed you have the right to cancel your order up to the day of dispatch. As plants are a perishable item we cannot accept returns in exchange for a refund
